Poem made on 4/24

Changing You

We laugh, we smile, we hold each other.

As I look up at the twinkling sky I wonder what happened to us.

Then I remember it was all my fault.

Those nights of arguements

are long gone.

The bricking and yelling

is forever forgotten.

An hour late phonecall

and the usual standups

are put in the past,

And its all my fault.

I'm sorry for changing you.

Your imperfections are what I miss.

They're actually what I love.

Forgive me but I have to say...

Stop holding the door for me

and the kind gestures.

Give me a topic to argue about.

I'm sorry for changing you.

Its all my fault.
